Steak with brussel sprouts and baked sweet potatoes

brussel sprouts: cut in half, toss in salt, pepper and enough olive oil to lightly coat them, bake them at 350 on a baking sheet until the side against the baking sheet is browned and crisp. flip and crisp other side if desired – i like the outside leaves crispy.
